TASK: Create logo for 2012 TBAF Addy Awards. OBJECTIVES: Dali inspired creative event held at the Dali Museum. RESULT: Blue and brown Dali inspired color palette utilizing the “dali stache” in the logo as well as a surreal font makes for a freakin genius logo! TASK: Create logo for 2011 Addy Awards. OBJECTIVES: Animal magnitism, wild creative event at Lowry Park Zoo: Creative Uncaged. RESULT: Red and yellow color palette to represent the jungle, wild life, animal prints. Font choice is grungy, and destroyed, stamp like as something you would see in the wild or zoo cage. The logo design was also a part of the 2012 TBAF Silver Addy Award Winning Campaign!
It’s creative with a bite! GDGD had a WILD time designing the creative for the 2011 Tampa Bay Advertising Awards which WON a Silver Addy Award at the 2012 4th District Addy Awards Show! The award winning creative included logo design, direct mail, posters, email blast, web and winner’s book. The event was held at the Lowry Park Zoo and the concept behind the creative was to unleash your inner creative beast! “Show us your wild side.”
We are proud to announce that the “Freaky Genius” creative campaign for the 2012 Addy Awards was a 2013 TBAF Silver Addy Award Winner in the Collateral Category. The Tampa Bay Advertising Federation teamed up with GDGD to design the creative for the Addy Awards held at the Dali Museum. As far as the concept behind the award winning piece, Dali was a creative freakin’ genius so we came up with…you guessed it.. the Freaky Genius. The creative focused on the best of creative expressions– the rarity, the oddity, the far out, the bizarre and all that’s freaky. The freaky creative produced included direct mailers, banners, logo and website design. Enjoy all the freakiness!
